Assessment — understand where you stand
Before changing anything, we review what you already have: workspace and capacity architecture, security and identity setup, ingestion and medallion layout, and whatever CI/CD (or lack of it) exists today. You get an honest picture of what's solid, what will bite you later, and in what order to fix it.
Foundations — put the basics in place
With the gaps mapped, we implement (or correct) the foundational layer your team will build on for years: a clean multi-workspace structure, a capacity plan that fits your load, a security and identity baseline, and a repeatable ingestion and deployment pattern.
